A cosy, romantic barn with shared outdoor heated swimming pool, and just a short stroll to the friendly pub in the lovely village of Hollingbourne.. All on the Ground Floor: Open plan living space.
Living area: Freeview TV, DVD Player Dining area.
Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Fridge, Washer Dryer Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, TV Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet.
Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
Garden with garden furniture, bench and charcoal barbecue.
Swimming pool (shared with other properties on-site). Sorry, no hen or stag parties.

In the grounds is a shared outdoor heated swimming pool, open in the summer months, and also a shared table tennis table and pool table.
This property can be booked together with Kingfisher Oast (M555050) and Moorhen Cottage (M555100) to accommodate up to 14 guests.

We had the most relaxing three night break. Very cozy with all amenities you would need. Nice welcome pack with an unexpected bottle of wine ! Well situated for long country walks. I would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Heron Barn is a lovely little cottage, it has absolutely everything you need and is in close proximity of attractions. Well equiped and tucked away for privacy. Highly recommend.

Heron Barn is a comfortable cottage in a beautiful location, from where you can easily acces several hiking routes. The local pubs are excellent as well.
