Situated just a short distance from the beach and boasting its own private hot tub, this lovely semi-detached bungalow is the perfect family getaway.. Ground Floor:

Hot tub for 6 (private). One small dog welcome.. A superb private development of holiday homes, situated close to the beach in the traditional east coast holiday resort of Mablethorpe.
With its sandy beaches, fair, amusements, Queens Park paddling pools and brightly coloured beach huts, Mablethorpe is a lovely place for a family holiday. A drive or bus ride south along the coast takes you to Sutton-on-Sea, Sandilands and Anderby Creek, all popular for lovely walks along the seafront or along their sandy beaches.
Further south is Fantasy Island and Butlin’s for adventure filled family days out, with Skegness and its funfair and attractions including the Embassy Theatre and Cinema also offering plenty to see and do. To the north is Donna Nook Seal Sanctuary and breeding grounds, which are always well worth a visit during the breeding season with usually around a thousand seal pups born here each year. Each property has its own lawned garden, perfect for sitting back and relaxing under the starry sky. There are an abundance of cafés, restaurants and bars offering food and drink, as well as food delivery options if required.

Lovely cottage, extremely clean, comfortable and warm! Enclosed garden was great for our dog, especially when we were in the hot tub as we didn’t have to worry about him escaping so we could totally relax 10 minute walk to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, beds were comfy and the hot tub was fab! It was around a 20 minute walk into town and this suited our group perfectly as you can walk along the beach the entire way. The only negative for us for the lack of glasses and cookware.
