Situated in Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.
Kilmun, a rural village a 17-minute drive from the main town of Dunoon.. 4 steps to entrance. All on the Ground Floor: Living room: 42" Freeview TV, DVD Player, DVDs, Books, Games Dining room. Kitchen: Breakfast Area, Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Bedroom 2: Bunk (3ft) Beds, Single (3ft) Bed Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet.
Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. .
Sitting-out area with garden furniture.
On road parking.
No smoking.
Please note: The ground is uneven..
The owner’s family and wee dogs live on-site in the upper apartment.
The house is detached.
The apartment looks out over the Holy Loch and has a master double bedroom and second bedroom with a single and twin bunk bed to provide an overall sleeping capacity for a maximum of four guests.
There is a separate dining room, which looks out over the loch and an enclosed front garden.
We are dog-friendly with a maximum of two small dogs or one large dog, sorry no cats are accepted. The apartment is electric as there is no gas in the village.
The electric heating consists of modern storage heaters.
These have adjustable temperature controls in each room.
There are no open fires inside the property.
Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included.
This property is in a rural area.
On occasion, the Wi-Fi service can be slow or stop working.
There is a small outside seating area with a table and chairs.
You are free to wander around the back garden, however sometimes there are free-range chickens in the garden.
So please keep dogs on a lead.
There isn’t a driveway but there is plenty of on-road parking directly outside the house. Free WiFi Owner lives in the upstairs flat with their family & dogs.
Please note, there isn't a washing machine in the flat.
The nearest laundry service is called Cromlech and located in Dunoon 15 minute drive.This apartment is set in a rural village, with limited facilities.
