Internally the apartment is finished to a high standard and boasts a large picture window and furnished balcony to take in the spectacular views of the harbour, town and out to sea. The apartment is in an ideal location, just 5 minutes’ walk from the centre of Brixham.
Here you will find a delightful harbour to stroll along, a selection of shops, cafés and pubs as well as plenty of restaurants serving up the catch of the day! Several beaches can be reached within a 20-minute walk, including Breakwater Beach and Fishcombe Cove.
Brixham together with Paignton and Torquay make up Torbay, with the resorts offering a combined 22 miles of coastline to explore.
If you can tear yourself away from the stunning natural beauty the area offers, there are an array of attractions to fill your days, these include Paignton Zoo, Babbacombe Model Village, Quaywest Waterpark and several National Trust properties. The heating at Linden Court is controlled by a communal boiler which is only turned on from October to May. During this time the level of heating can be controlled by the individual apartments.

The location of the apartment was stunning with a fantastic view across Brixham Harbour. You have to be pretty fit to climb all the steps from the town below but there is no gain without pain and the view more than made up for it. Brixham is a lovely town and the Lido whose water is fed directly from the sea is well worth a visit.

Beautiful views from the apartment despite the temporary scaffolding. We found it very clean and comfortable. There is a steep walk down into Brixham but it is manageable. The downside is the very small bedroom although the bed is comfortable it’s very hard getting to the other side of the bed. Park...
