Can Duran is a cosy, semi-detached cottage within the Highland Park estate, providing spacious, contemporary accommodation.
It has been thoughtfully furnished to provide comfort and a welcoming atmosphere.
Situated on the edge of the conservation village of Killin, within Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, the location couldn’t be better for relaxing, unwinding and leaving the stresses of everyday life behind.
There is an abundance of wildlife to be seen near to your cottage, including red squirrels, wild birds, roe deer and red deer.
Curl up with a book for a lazy afternoon in the cosy living room, or on warmer days, sit out on your covered front door patio.
The well equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare that special meal, but if you prefer a break from the kitchen, then local restaurants are only a few minutes’ walk away.
Leave the car behind as there is an abundance of walks on the doorstep along the riverside and within the surrounding countryside and hills, and the spectacular Falls of Dochart.
Killin plays host to several events throughout the year including a music festival, Highland games and a fireworks display at Hogmanay, and the village has a good selection of bars, restaurants, cafés and shops.
The adjacent River Lochay and River Dochart, joining the nearby Loch Tay, are perfect for a spot of trout or salmon fishing, with boats, equipment and ghillies for hire and lessons available locally.
With castles, historic monuments, whisky distilleries and a Highland Safari, there is something for everyone.

Very comfortable, clean cottage.
We liked that there was a space to take off and leave mucky shoes.
Kitchen was well equipped with a cooker that was easy to use.
The only problem we had was that we couldn’t get the television to work properly.
