excellent views . Property is situated in an elevated position which requires some fitness to walk to from the town centre. Do not let the somewhat shabby exterior fool you the apartment is light and airy with all mod cons.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The location up a hill, within walking distance of Appledore centre was perfect and the view from the windows facing the estuary was amazing!
