These semi-detached farmhouses The Barnhouse (ref W42980) and The Farmhouse (ref W42979) have been carefully co-ordinated throughout and are set within the grounds of the Caravan Club site in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
As such, they enjoy breath-taking views of the surrounding open countryside. Walk direct from the door over the nearby moors or take a 5-minute stroll into the nearby traditional market town of Hawes.
Here you will find a good mix of shops with something for everyone including antiques, traditional country clothing, fashion and gift shops interspersed with tea shops, restaurants and pubs.
Alternatively visit the Wensleydale Creamery, famous for its cheese endorsed by Wallace and Gromit or visit the Dales Centre Museum.
Nearby Semerwater, a large, natural lake provides a wealth of activities such as swimming, fishing (licence required) and sailing.

Perfect central location for touring the Dales, Lovely cottage very quiet
location, 10 minutes walk in to the middle of Hawes which has plenty of places to eat and drink.
The owners of the cottage were very friendly and welcoming.
We were a party of 4 motorcyclists , it was the 3rd time we had stayed there and it wont be the last time,

The location is brilliant. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The brightness of the safety lights upstairs is an issue for anyone who wants or needs to leave the bedroom door open in one of the double bedrooms.

Great size of house for our party of 4 adults and 3 kids aged 9 - 14 and 1 dog. We enjoyed the location, plenty of walks right on your doorstep and also 5 minute walk into Hawes.
