Reasonably good location but need to travel a bit for local amenities like shopping eating out and tourist attractions. Very welcoming and helpful host. Accommodation good but we found the beds/sofas a bit tired and uncomfortable. Overall would recommend as a base to see east Kent but be prepared to have to travel for any interesting locations but most within 30/45 mins for a short stay.
