Our best advice is to read the bad reviews, fear the worst and then be pleasantly surprised when you arrive. You won’t get better value for money than this and the place is bigger than the photos suggest. You go out the back gate, walk about 30 yards through sand dunes and you’re on a huge beach! Also great if you like golf as it’s only half a dozen houses away from Pwllheli Golf Club.

Disappointed with the garden area oven needs replacing very creaky bed can hear owner walking about upstairs during night. Everything else fine good value for money and great location.

The flat was very basic with a damp smell and stained carpets extremely hard mattress on the bed. No curtains at the bathroom window . Lack of kitchen equipment. Ran the hot tap in the bath and then found there was no cold water to cool the hot down. The location was beautiful and the beach right on the doorstep fantastic
