This wonderful, cosy property, with it’s arch windows and quirky features, has been thoughtfully furnished and boasts a large conservatory overlooking the beautiful garden, and it’s just 100 yards away from the local beach.
With some retaining features dating back to the early 1300’s, Dell Cottage was once the village school, but is now a hidden treasure right in the heart of the picturesque coastal village of Mundesley.
Although just a quaint village, Mundesley has many of the facilities of a small town, and with the beach literally on your doorstep, you may be tempted to park up and stay put. Those who do wish to venture further afield will find a string of pretty towns and villages lining the coast, with picturesque quays, marshes, sand/shingle beaches and sand dunes.
The town of Wroxham is also close by, and is known as the gateway to the Norfolk Broads.
With great walks, cycling routes, National Trust properties, stately homes and wildlife sites galore, you will soon see why this area remains such a popular destination for families and couples alike.

The four of us and two dogs had a great week at Dell cottage, the beach is just a 2 minute walk as is the Ship Inn. The cottage is well equipped and very clean with a fantastic garden, some of the decor is a bit tired although the kitchen and bathroom are very good. Would definitely recommend as a great base to reach the broads and other seaside places.

Clean and cosy and well equipped. No supermarket or restaurant in local area. Pub food / fish chip shop not very good and there is no local supermarket. You really need to drive to nearby village to find a decent restaurant and shop. But the cottage and garden both lovely and I would recommend if you realise there are no amenities outside, and you need to drive a couple of miles up the road.

Cottage is in a fantastic position right by a slipway to the beach. Overall the cottage was great -warm and cosy-however the double bed was very squeaky and saggy so needs replacing.
