NO WIFI is the only downside to this property. Although a quiet week offline might seem appealing it doesn't work well in the modern world. Many attractions need online booking or websites for information. Otherwise, the property exceeded my expectations, it was much larger than I thought it was going to be. The location is perfect, right on the broads. A great holiday.

Very nice property.but we did miss having a washing machine in the property but back to good old days of hand washing...highly recommend the property n the owners are so friendly .we have rebooted for next year 😃 👍

Had a pleasant week. Nice, quiet spot, for a relaxing holiday. Several good local amenities. The Swan Inn in Stalham is both excellent in quality and value for money.
