Set in lovely grounds, it adjoins the owners’ home in an excellent location from which to explore North Norfolk.
The charming town of Holt, with its quaint shops and restaurants, is just 10 miles, the glorious sandy beaches of Holkham 15 miles and Wells-next-the Sea, Pensthorpe Park (of BBC Springwatch fame), Fakenham Races and a dinosaur park are all within an easy drive as are Norwich city and the Norfolk Broads.
Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Up to one dog only.
This property is considered unsuitable for the less mobile.
Initial fuel for the woodburner included, thereafter available locally at cost.

Cottage was warm and comfortable, wifi can be troublesome, ignore the guide book use the BT wifi network not BT_EXT. Enclosed garden decent size so plenty of room for dogs. Dereham or Fakenham for supermarkets.If you want to head to the likes of Wells or Cromer it is a 30 minute journey, Walsingham Abbey, Holt Country Park, Junction 21 tea room also worth a visit.

Lovely cottage in nice location. Very clean, with everything you could want. Kitchen and Bathroom could do with some TLC, otherwise the score would have been a 10. This did not however spoil our stay.

Beautiful cottage in a rural location. Well equipped with everything you need. Gorgeous garden to enjoy the sunshine and listen to the birds. Own private driveway and space. Amazing fireplace with wood burner making it very cosy. Only downside was the mattresses need replacing as very uncomfortable....
