Warm, comfortable, fantastic views of the Yealm, welcome pack much appreciated. A new fridge worth considering - area of carpet needs attention by 2 small chairs upstairs, both discussed with Laura the Housekeeper who will feed back to owner. Wonderful accommodation in a wonderful location.

We had a really lovely stay at Topsail. We found the property to be clean and well equipped and the beds were extremely comfortable. A bonus of the property was the large window overlooking the estuary from which we could watch the world go by. We loved the location which was perfect for exploring nearby beaches and conveniently nestled between two lovely pubs !

The location, and the views from the lounge, are sublime. But the lack of ventilation in the lounge during periods of hot sunny weather (as during the first week in September, 2023) means sitting in the lounge, admiring the view, is distinctly uncomfortable as if one is reclined in a greenhouse.
