We had a wonderful extended family Xmas at Greenlands Farmhouse. The owner was extremely helpful and the house is wonderful. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. It's a great location with York within easy reach and plenty of lovely walks.

Directions given made the property quite straighforward to find. 20 mins drive to York. The property is "quirky" (owners description). It is very comfortable, clean & warm.
