It provides the perfect base for couples looking to explore this stunning coastline and the North Yorkshire Moors National park areas.
The enclosed garden terrace is a sun trap and therefore the ideal place to do a spot of sunbathing whilst relaxing with a glass of wine.
The bustling town centre of Whitby is right on your doorstep with numerous amenities to suit all tastes.
It also hosts many events and festivals throughout the year including Sixties weekends, Soul weekends, Goth weekends and many more making Whitby a very popular place to visit.
There are also a large selection of pubs, quaint antique and gift shops, the infamous fish and chip shops and three miles of golden sandy beach.
There are also several restaurants that have won many awards for excellent cuisine especially if you enjoy fish.
The tour bus is a great way to get around and to make sure you don’t miss out on everything Whitby has to offer.
You could also take a trip out on one of the pleasure boats where you can enjoy a trip around the harbour and out to sea where you can view Whitby in all its glory.

Perfect location short walk into the town with all amenities located 5-10 mins walk away. House was clean but tired. Parking as all said before is limited and it was a case of grab a nearby space when we could and the leave the car there for most of our break. However a pay and display car park over...

Hi, we had a lovely stay at Rosie’s retreat .It was in an ideal location & had everything we needed for our 3 night stay . It’s such a shame Whitby has so many restrictions on walking dogs on leads I can understand a £1000 fine for not picking up but in the Little park what harm would it do to let dogs off their leads.Beware of the dog warden with his camera!
