Really lovely cottage, very cosy and comfortable, very clean. Excellent location in Bute. Walking distance of Rothesay town. Lovely quiet suburban location. Only downside no internet access on tvs for accessing streaming platforms but there is a DVD player. Spacious house.

Sadly I was unable to join my family to this holiday due to illness but my sisters both reported having thoroughly enjoyed both the property and the location and certainly the pictures they sent backed up their glowing report.

Beautiful property, spotlessly clean and in a great location. Lots of lovely touches such as wine in the fridge. The house felt homely with hotel touches. Couldn’t recommend enough.
