This holiday property makes for a great romantic getaway.
This area has some excellent walking and cycle routes available.. All on the Ground Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: 28" Freeview Smart TV, DVD Player, Ipod Dock, Open Fire Dining area. Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet.
Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
Initial fuel for open fire included.
Welcome pack and doggy extras.. Small enclosed garden with patio, sitting-out area and garden furniture.

Please note: There are 9 steps in the garden.. This charming, bijou, terraced cottage with a red pantile roof, dating back to 1780 when it was a weavers cottage, is located in the centre of the historic picturesque village of Ceres.
Well Cottage has been thoughtfully furnished for comfort and ease, and is the perfect location for a relaxing retreat for a couple.
There are excellent cycling and footpaths from the cottage door and the Fife Folk Museum is across the road, as well as the village green.
This conservation village has a good pub and a hotel serving food, tea rooms, an antique shop, a family butchers, village store and the renowned Wemyss Ware Pottery.
Scotland’s oldest highland games are held on the last Saturday in June.
The picture-postcard East Neuk of Fife with fishing villages and sandy beaches are within easy driving distance, and St Andrews is only seven miles away and well worth a visit.
This area is renowned for its golf, with a multitude of excellent courses within easy reach.
Trout fishing is available locally (licence required). Edinburgh, Dundee and Perth are all within an hour’s drive.
When you return to the cottage after exploring the area, you can sit back with a glass of wine in front of the cosy fire.

We had a great week in Well Cottage. The cottage has everything you need and we felt very welcome. The bed is very comfortable, so we slept well. The patio is a nice place to sit and have some sunshine. Shop and good pub on walking distance. Highly recomended.

A great village to stay in. A good central base for beaches, walks and National Trust properties. The cottage in clean, cosy and comfortable. A selection of goodies was left which was much appreciated. The village boasts a well stocked convenience store, excellent butcher shop and a community run coffee shop and we used them all. Hope to return at Easter.

Lovely cottage, 2nd time here. Met Bill the owner who is lovely. Only downside this time was the cottage felt cold at times even with the coal fire on. However, it was an extremely cold weekend. Would love a TV in the bedroom but that's just a personal thing. Would definitely come back, the dogs love it. So many things to do with them in the surrounding areas.
