Fantastic location great for dog walks on the beach and Tarka trail. We had a lovely week in Instow great food at The Boathouse and from Benjis Box down at the Cricket Club.Only small improvement would be the cooker in the house bit tired and in need of replacement.

The cottage was very warm & spacious. The bed was enormous and comfortable. The chairs and sofas were tasteful and relaxing. The TV was a bonus with a large flat screen and multiple channels.
