IMPORTANT NOTES1. Heating and Electricity:
This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
3. Towels:
Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details at the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).

Lovely big house that easily accommodated our group. Very comfortable bedrooms,lovely big well equipped kitchen and a big living space with a very welcome stove fireplace .
Terryglass (within walking distance)itself is a lovely village with Paddy's Bar highly recommended for food and beverage.

The old court house is een ruim huis met een fijne lichtinval. Ruime keuken met alles erin. Fijne badkamers die altijd warm water geven. Het enige wat voor wat langere mensen, zoals wij Nederlanders jammer is, zijn de bedden. De tweepersoonsbedden zijn vrij smal en niet lang genoeg, waardoor je met je voeten erbuiten ligt.

This is a lovely house (the 4 bed) in a lovely quiet location while within walking distance to the local village. A big thank you to Dympna, the on-site Manager who is excellent and looked after all our needs.
