Spacious penthouse apartment located directly on the beach for rent.
The entire apartment has been furnished to a very high standard with numerous antiques and decorations from Morocco; a little piece of Morocco in Spain!
This apartment is located in the smallest and quietest part of the complex in a 2-story house.
The apartment is very spacious.
The centerpiece is, of course, the generous living room with a fireplace and a separate dining room.
Next to the living room is the large open-plan kitchen with a separate laundry room.
From the living room, you have direct access to the 35m² covered terrace with a beautiful view of the first pool and the open sea behind it with the defensive tower LA SAL. The terrace has a large garden table for 6 people and a large lounge set consisting of a 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table.
Enjoy the beautiful weather here and listen to the birds and palm trees. Both bedrooms are very spacious and both have built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with windows and underfloor heating.
The master bedroom has a large double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. Here you can enjoy beautiful sea views and direct access to the large terrace.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, each measuring 90 x 190 cm. There is also a guest toilet between the living room and the guest bedroom. Behind the fireplace is the staircase leading to the private roof terrace with sun loungers and a fantastic pool and sea view.
Here you can enjoy direct SUNSHINE all day long! The apartment is fully air-conditioned (hot/cold) and offers cable/satellite TV with Spanish, British & German TV channels, unlimited internet access via WLAN/WIFI, and a private underground parking space (extra cost). Directly in front of our building is the first communal pool (usually heated from approximately mid-November to mid-March each year). The beach can be easily and directly accessed through a gate next to the heated pool.
At the beginning of the bathing beach, there is also the very popular restaurant BAHIA BEACH with sun umbrella and sun lounger rental.
Next to our complex is also the BEACH CLUB of the 5-star hotel FINCA CORTESIN with a large pool, sun lounger rental, and restaurant. In this part of the residential complex, a total of 4 large pools are available to you. 2 pools are heated during the winter months! When driving west from Marbella, you will pass through the town of Estepona towards Sotogrande.
You will notice how dramatically the landscape changes.
There are no large hotels here anymore; the landscape still retains its original character.
Below the village of Casares, where time seems to have stood still, the "La Perla de la Bahia" complex is located directly on the beach.

SWIMMING POOLS: 1) Only small inflatables are allowed in the swimming pool areas. 2) Glasses and/or crystal containers not allowed in the swimming pool areas. 3) Pool hours 10:00 until dark. 4) Shower off suntan oil and perspiration before using the pool. 5) No playing of football or other ball games in the pool and gardens area. 6) All children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult when in the pool. 7) No radios or the like in the pool area, unless used with headphones. 8) Dogs and other domestic pets are not allowed in the pool area. 9) All owners and guests should respect and care for community facilities, furniture and other installations in the pool area. 10) Spaces, chairs or sunbeds may not be reserved. 11) Towels and personal possessions must be removed when residents or guests leave the pool area.
The lifeguard is authorized to remove these for the benefit of other residents. 12) It is totally prohibited to use lifebelts for recreation. 13) When no lifeguard on duty, use of pool at your own risk. 14) Please, place refuse in wastepaper baskets. Many thanks for your cooperation.
