There is also a dining room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The garden, which is big and very well-kept , counts with nice terrace and a big area, 90 m2, of grass. You will enjoy your time outside taking advantage of the Majorcan weather. The porch, with 24 m2, looks over the garden and swimming pool. It is completely furnished and has access through the living room. It is the perfect spot for summer barbecue dinners outdoors.

The swimming pool, with a size of 9.5 x 5 metres and a depth from 1.3 to 2 metres, is surrounded by a terrace where you will find 6 sunbeds to sunbathe comfortably.

The location of the house is between urban and rural. It is the most real way to get to know Majorca: starting from the countryside and also being in contact with one of the most important city on the island. Manacor has a lot of shops and offers all the services you may need during your stay. In addition, it is well communicated. The house is 900 meters far from the city Centre, but is also next to the countryside. If you wish to get to know different beaches and coves you have a great range in the surroundings, such as Portocristo, which is 13.5 km far away. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
