The cozy 2-storey Villa Carlota is situated in the holiday complex Dunaflor Verde, centrally in Maspalomas, yet in walking distance of the beach. The 40m² villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with an American and Italian coffee machine, a bedroom as well as one bathroom (upper floor) and a separate toilet (ground floor) and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, fan (ground floor), air conditioning (upper floor), washing machine and 2 satellite televisions (living room and bedroom).
The private outdoor area features a balcony and a partly covered terrace with a dinner table and lounge furniture. Furthermore, there is a communal outdoor pool area.
Street parking is available without guarantee. Pets are not allowed. Surveillance camera in the communal areas. No barbecue or fires allowed.

You can find a supermarket only 70m from the apartment, and a restaurant is 120m away. After a 15-minute walk (1.2km), you will find a multitude of bars, restaurants, cafés and shops. The sandy beach Playa del Inglés is 2.6km from the villa and can be reached in 30 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car. Gran Canaria Airport is a 20-minute drive (32km) away.

Pros: Es war alles vorhanden. Toller großer Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Cons: Im Januar und Februar lag die Terrasse nur im Schatten. Kein Esstisch im Wohnbereich.
