Dolphin Heights is a very tastefully furnished apartment in the much sought after area of Wellswood, Torquay.
As you arrive at the property you walk along the lit up walkway to the front door through the private enclosed garden area.
As you enter the property through the hallway, the 3 bedrooms are on your left hand side.
There is a very useful utility cupboard in the spacious hallway housing the washer/dryer as well as plenty of storage for your coats and shoes.
The shower room is on your right hand side with power shower and a light up vanity mirror, as well as an additional separate second toilet.

The steps from the entry gate are very steep and not equal height making it difficult to negotiate. The beds are very firm so if you like soft beds this is not for you. Overall our experience was very pleasant in a modern, clean and spacious accommodation with everything you need.

Dolphin Heights is a fab place to stay…..really lovely and well equipped place. Just a short walk to a shop and eating places, and easy access to local buses.
A good base to explore the area from, we loved St Marychurch which is only a few minutes drive away

The welcome pack and Christmas tree was a nice touch. Lovely quiet location with good views over the town. Good for keeping fit if you walk to town often.
