The property is located on the ground floor with direct access to a private fenced garden, the beach, a BBQ and a large sea-view loggia with open-air dining.
There's also an impressive rooftop solarium to complete the perfect beach vacation. Inside, the air-conditioned living room provides soothing respite on hot summer days.
This space is furnished with a large sofa, SAT TV and incorporates a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a Mokka coffee machine, and a fridge Sleeping Bedroom 1: A bright bedroom furnished with a stylish double bed and wardrobe. Bedroom 2: A second double bedroom is furnished with a vintage-style bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom 3: A comfy twin bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and a wardrobe. Bathroom Bathroom 1: A full bathroom with a shower, WC and bidet. Bathroom 2: An external bathroom with a shower and WC, with access from the garden area.
