The lodge we stayed in was in a lovely location, clean and of a lovely standard. The facilities were good, and it was lovely to have a beer outside looking over the lake. There are some great walks and we enjoyed the mini golf and games room was excellent
When we booked, it clearly stated that taxes and charges were included, but I then was charged 19% extra. When I rang to query this, I was simply told it was 'tax' and that was that. When we arrived there is no book in before 4pm, and then given a lodge that obviously hadn't been checked - spiders...
