The Bahia Vista apartment is located on the seventh floor (with elevator), first line to the beach of Can Picafort. From the huge roof terrace, which is exclusively available to you, enjoy a spectacular view over the entire bay of Alcudia. The apartment was renovated for the most part in 2013 and has u.a. about a new kitchen, German satellite TV and Wi-Fi (free of charge for our guests). There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are double bedrooms, one of them with en suite bathroom. A third bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed for 2 children, so that a total of up to 4 adults, 2 children and a baby can be accommodated in the cot there. The apartment is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the beach. Cot and high chair can be provided free of charge on request. The beautiful sandy beach of Can Picafort is at your feet, with numerous restaurants, bars and diverse shopping opportunities just steps away. The perfect place for a beach holiday with wonderful evenings on the roof terrace, from where you can enjoy the view over the sea and the bay of Alcudia and let the 'soul dangle'!
The main tenant must be at least 23 years old.
The booked holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to organise loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb the neighbours. Failure to comply with this rule may result in penalties for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organised events).
Electricity is charged according to consumption 0,15 kwh

In addition, all travelers above the age of 16 will be charged Ecotasa.
