When you open the flat door, you enter directly into the charming living/dining area with flat-screen TV, blue-ray player, stereo system, sofa bed and the white open-plan kitchen, which is equipped with a Nespresso machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.
A washing machine is available in the newly renovated 2024 spacious, adjoining shower room with WC and hairdryer with window.
A wide spiral staircase leads to the open-plan sleeping area with ox-eye, new box-spring bed, flat-screen TV and a white built-in wardrobe. An ironing board and iron are also located here.
This thatched-roof property is so centrally located that the train station is only about 200 m away and you can reach the city centre with the popular Friedrichstraße in just a few minutes on foot.

A car parking space is located directly at the house. Pets are not allowed in this flat.

The beds are always made and two bath towels, two hand towels, a shower mat, a kitchen towel per person are available.
You can rent any other linen package from us in the office for 28,- € per piece, it is also possible to rent individual items such as towels or pillows.
