It is located on the seafront of Cadiz, on the Playa de la Victoria, considered the best beach in Europe and close to very prestigious restaurants.
The flat has 108m2, is located on a 1st floor with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people. One of the bedrooms has a very comfortable 150x200cm bed and the other has two single beds. In the living room there is a divan bed with a 90x190cm mattress. In addition, the flat has two bathrooms with shower equipped with hairdryer; independent kitchen equipped with everything you need to spend fabulous days with your family and a great terrace with direct views of the beautiful Playa de La Victoria and its promenade.
Don't worry about the sheets and towels when you come. The beds will be made up. In the flat you will also find iron for clothes, cot and cot linen (if you let us know in advance) and hoover.
🆔📄 Guests must show a valid ID and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Dwellings for Tourist Purposes).
📲 This flat has ELECTRONIC LOCKING and opens with your mobile phone so, if you check-in online, you won't have to go through our office at all! Otherwise, you will have to go to CALLE LÁZARO DOU, 2 office CADIZ4RENTALS.

Die Wohnung war supersauber,sehr komfortabel mit den 2 Badezimmern und gut gelegen,man kam mit dem Bus gut in die Stadt oder konnte schön am Strand dorthin entlang laufen. Wir haben sehr kurzfristig Antworten auf Fragen bekommen und die Beschreibung,um das Apartment zu finden in der Anlage,war mehr als hilfreich. Danke nochmals,wir werden euch empfehlen ,)
