The Formentera Apartment is a charming 2-bedroom apartment located in the Oura area of Albufeira, ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends seeking a relaxing holiday near the beaches and all amenities. The living and dining room is spacious and bright, offering a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation or socializing.
From the living room, there is direct access to the balcony, perfect for enjoying the views of the gardens and pools. The two bedrooms include one with a double bed and another with two single beds, providing comfort and privacy for all guests.
The bathroom features a bathtub, ensuring functionality and moments of relaxation during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, offering everything you need to prepare meals practically and conveniently. Outside, the apartment benefits from a balcony with a table, chairs, and a parasol, as well as access to beautiful gardens and an outdoor swimming pool for adults and children. Due to its prime location, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and beaches are within walking distance, including Oura Beach just a 10-minute walk away, as well as several golf courses. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, flexibility may be available during the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This property is self-catered.
For added convenience, food hampers can be booked (at an additional cost) in advance. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if you require them. Group deposit: €250 per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival. Please note that the occupancy for this property is 4 guests. A surcharge will apply for the 5th guest, which includes an extra bed. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may be applicable.
