This is a delightful, newly refurbished (2021) two-bedroom apartment offering a balcony with stunning sea views. The apartment has a homely open plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area to enjoy relaxing evenings. The lounge area has a television equipped with Netflix and a dining room table for up to four people. The extremely modern kitchen area has an integrated fridge freezer, an oven with a convection hob and a washer/dryer. Leading out from the lounge/dining area is an intimate balcony where you can enjoy lovely sea views. The generously spaced master bedroom has an immensely comfortable double bed and storage available for all your belongings. The second bedroom offers two plush single beds and more storage for your precious belongings. The apartments features two contemporary bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. Complimentary Wi-Fi.
COVID-19 UPDATE: Cleaning is done as normal, as an exception to our ECO policies, we will use cleaning products containing disinfectants. Linen and towels are always washed at a minimum of 60 degrees.
Please note: The building opposite the apartment is currently being developed, building works on the opposite side of the road will be ongoing until the end of June 2022.
This accommodation is strictly NON SMOKING and one small dog may be considered. Please note - this accommodation is for families, couples and professionals only - we do not accept hen/stag parties and it is at the owners discretion to accept groups.
Security Deposit (pre authorisation of a credit/debit card) for the amount of £300.00 is taken 3 days before your arrival; PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A TRANSACTION but a certain amount frozen on the card in-case of any damages. Once the properties are checked by our housekeepers the monies are released for your use within 5 days after your departure.
