It is a very elegant and functional apartment with large spaces, equipped with all modern comforts.
On the ground floor, after crossing the patio equipped with chairs and a table, you access the day area with a sofa bed for 2 people, a dining room table and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, and a shower room.
A staircase leads to the first floor where you will find a double bedroom and its private shower room.
Equipped with dishwasher, gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, air conditioning, hair dryer, ... The location of the Casin dei Spiriti, away from the tourist streams, makes it an oasis of calm, conducive to rest and reflection, and also the starting point for the discovery of the city and its major events.
Indeed its proximity to the Grand Canal and Fondamente Nuove allows to join all the interesting places of the city but also the islands of the northern lagoon (Murano, Burano, Torcello). And the airport is 20 minutes taxi-boat or 40 minutes by Alilaguna.
The Piazzale Roma (car parks) or the train station are a few minutes away by vaporetto. Casin dei Spiriti is ideal for a clientele who loves the arts, architecture and who comes to Venice also to enrich themselves culturally, to participate in major events of the city as the Biennale of Art, the Architecture Biennial, major exhibitions, ... or go get calm in the islands of Burano, Torcello. TOURIST TAX The tourist tax is paid at check-in in cash. LATE CHECK-IN In case of late check-in (after 8 pm) we apply the late check-in fees: EUR 20 for check-in after 8 pm EUR 40 for check-in after 10 pm EUR 50 for check-in after midnight.

Beautiful place with great support from Simon who helped arrange water taxis. Wish we’d stayed longer! No laundry but that was the only drawback to the apartment. The best neighborhood. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to all.

Very pretty place. It is recently renewed. Nice space downstairs. There are 3 doors to get into the property where the apartment is so is very secure. We only had one set of keys, so it took a bit of coordination when we got separated. Simone was very friendly and gave us some tips as well as showed us around the apartment.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment during a quick visit to Venice. Simon was communicative and helpful upon check in and check out. Highly recommend for folks looking to stay in a quieter neighborhood while still being walking distance to all of the main attractions.
