CITY TAX: Help Save the City of Venice: ALL and any rental in Venice is required to collect City Tax to help maintain and restore the beautiful city, since 2019 it is €4 per person per night. The pros to this place is it is an easy 15 minute walk to the train station and has a great balcony.The cons are the bed is as bad as the first reviewer stated. The metal bars will kill your back. My cousin and I stayed here 5 days. It was the perfect location on a canal in a quiet part of town close to the train station. It allowed us to escape the tourists and enjoy this incredible city. It was my idea of perfect accommodations.
