Modern and comfortable 6 person apartment with communal pool in the resort New Horizon in Benalmádena, Andalusia, Spain. The apartment is located in a hilly and residential coastal environment at 4 km from the beach of Benalmádena. The New Horizon complex has a communal garden with lawn and palm trees and a swimming pool.
The apartment, built in 2019, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious south-facing corner terrace. - The spacious covered corner terrace faces south. On the terrace is a terrace table with 6 chairs. From the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful views l through the glass balustrade over the Mijas mountains, the Mediterranean Sea and the garden with swimming pool.

- the communal pool is + / - 16m long x 7m wide and about 2m deep
- communal garden with palm trees and sunbathing lawn (you need to bring your own towels, you can rent them via our office prior to your arrival) the resort has provided 5 fixed parasols by the pool.

In winter the pool is closed.
Towels or personal belonging may not remain in the pool area, when the user is not in the enclosure.
Update June 2024: pool will be re-open from 2 July from 10:00 am till 21:00 pm daily. Till the 30th of September 2024. Due to the drought meassures the showers by the pool remain closed till they meet up to the current regulations.

Prachtig appartement, geweldig uitzicht, ruim en grote keuken, aparte berging met wasmachine en droger. Wel heb je een auto nodig. En je hoort de snelweg iets, maar wij vonden het geen probleem
