Within easy walking distance you have a small shop and local pub, just a few minutes further will take you into the centre of the gorgeous historic town of Bradford-on-Avon, with its shops and restaurants overlooking the River Avon. There is lots to see and do here with the canal, museums and historic sights. Also within walking distance, you can hop on the train and head to Bath for the day for some sightseeing, or in the other direction to Weymouth for a day on the beach!
