MAGNIFICENT VILLA FOR RENT IN MORAIRA (COSTA BLANCA), WITH PRIVATE POOL, for maximum 20 people.
DISTRIBUTION: This villa is distributed in two floors, communicated by an interior staircase. On the main floor there are three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with single beds), two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub en suite) and a guest toilet. It has a large space composed of a living room, a dining room and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen. It has a patio, decorated with plants, which lets a lot of light into the villa. On the lower floor there are seven bedrooms (one with double beds and the others with single beds), five bathrooms with shower (four of them en suite) and a guest toilet. Four of the bedrooms on this floor have air conditioning but no windows.
OUTSIDE: There is a beautiful and well-kept garden surrounding the house, with lawn, trees and palm trees. A covered and furnished terrace, an open terrace with garden furniture and a private swimming pool. We have a portable barbecue in the garden and a fish pond.
LOCATION: It is located in a quiet urbanization of Moraira, in a dead end street, so not very busy. Close to the sea and all services. In an area where we can find many restaurants and taste the Mediterranean gastronomy.
OTHER: AIR CONDITIONING (In two of the bedrooms on the upper floor and two air conditioners in the living-dining room. On the lower floor we have air conditioning in four bedrooms). Master bedroom with en suite bathroom with wheelchair access. FREE INTERNET ACCESS.
Bed linen and towels are not included. You can bring your own bed linen or book this service through our trusted supplier Alquila-Sabanas, which has very high quality products.

Det var underbart att ha egen pool. Bra att det var promenadavstånd till både affär och restauranger.
Diskmaskinen fungerade inte. Vi pratade med vår värd och en tekniker kom och tittade på den, fyllde på med salt och berättade vilket program vi skulle köra, då endast ett program fungerade enligt honom. Detta hjälpte inte så ytterligare en tekniker kom dagen därpå och försökte laga diskmaskinen, men...

La casa no está mal y la piscina está bien pero la finca está muy desatendida (cesped seco, elementos mal mantenidos). Además no es válido para 20 personas porque hay 3 habitaciones sin ventanas en las que no parece viable poder dormir. Muy cara para el estado de la vivienda
