WONDERFUL VILLA FOR RENT IN BENISSA COSTA (COSTA BLANCA), WITH PRIVATE POOL AND FOR MAXIMUM 8 PEOPLE.
DISTRIBUTION: A villa where the project and idea is to maintain the rustic style of the region. Stone facades, terracotta floors, wooden beams, stucco interior walls and kitchen and bathrooms with tiled worktops and shelves.
We enter the house and find a wonderful welcoming hall where the stairs are located. Opposite this hall is the high-ceilinged living-dining room with a decorative fireplace and a large, comfortable corner sofa. Scattered throughout the villa are small decorative period details. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds. A separate kitchen with dining table where breakfast is served and equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. It is worth mentioning that from this kitchen we have access to the outside, where the barbecue is located.
When we go upstairs, we pass through a corridor with a railing and views of the living-dining room, at the end of which we find the last two bedrooms with single beds and a bathroom identical to the one on the ground floor, with a bathtub. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
OUTSIDE: We access the property and find a flat plot, with enough space to park our vehicles in front of the entrance gate. A Mediterranean garden surrounds the villa with palm trees, daisies, cactus and vines. At the front of the plot is the terrace, where we find the outdoor dining area, the barbecue area and sun loungers, as well as a parasol and awnings to protect us from the sun. The pleasant swimming pool is in front of this terrace and has a shower.
LOCATION: Very close to the sea and its beautiful coves. A few minutes drive from the sandy beach of Moraira and all the services we may need on our holidays, whether restaurants, bars, supermarkets...
