Architecturally interesting designer house in Son Mojer, a quiet urbanization between Santanyí and Cala Santanyí.
The fine sandy beach of Cala Santanyí is only a 3-minute drive away or can be reached on foot in no more than 15 minutes.
The house is located on a corner plot and is built on stilts like a stilt house.
In fact, the living space is on the first floor.
A staircase leads from the garden to the entrance.
There are three double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a fitted kitchen, and a bright living-dining room, as well as a covered terrace that extends along two sides of the house.

There you will find numerous shops, two large supermarkets, as well as ATMs, pharmacies, many restaurants and bars, and the popular weekly market every Wednesday and Saturday.
The picturesque fishing port of Cala Figuera can be reached in about a 6-minute drive.
Cala d'Or with its white Ibizan-style houses and lively atmosphere is also worth a visit.
The wonderful, very long white sandy beach called Es Trenc is also easily accessible by car, as are the "Cuevas del Drach" stalactite caves in Porto Cristo, which are also highly recommended.

Der Garten ist hübsch angelegt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut. Auch die Auswahl der Haushaltsgeräte ist sehr gut durchdacht.
