Welcome to the Bavarian Forest.
Our holiday home "Haus Fernblick" with barrier-free access is quietly and idyllically situated in Stierberg, a district of the beautiful town of Waldkirchen.
Nestled in a dreamlike landscape of the soft Bavarian Forest mountains, you will find space and time for relaxation close to and in nature.
The Bavarian Forest offers many opportunities for excursions, such as the Bavarian Forest National Park, which was the first national park to be established in Germany in 1970.
The three-river city of Passau also invites you to go on excursions. Whether for shopping, cultural events or strolling through the charming old town. It is not for nothing that Passau is also described as "Bavarian Venice".
This is just a brief list of the highlights of our beautiful border triangle, which is formed by Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic.
There are several animals on our property, such as donkeys and dogs.
Therefore, it goes without saying that four-legged guests are also welcome.
You will find spacious exercise areas directly at the house "Fernblick"
Directly from your accommodation, the house "Fernblick" can start both short walks, as well as hikes.
Conditions/Extras
A deposit of 50% can be charged after booking. The remaining amount must be paid in cash on site. Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival will be charged at 25% of the total price. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the booked departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental price.
Description
In your domicile you will find a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with
coffee machine, kettle, fridge-freezer, electric cooker with hob
and dishwasher as well as a cosy wood-burning stove.
You will find a bedroom with double bed incl. bed linen,
wardrobe and another bedroom with two single beds,
also incl. bed linen and wardrobe.
Bathroom: shower, WC, hairdryer, towels included.
The spacious terrace with cosy seating and the
unique view to the south, towards the Alps, invites you to let your
thoughts run free and let your soul dangle.
You currently live in the highest house in the village. So the term "distant view" doesn't come from just anywhere.

As a daily flat rate for a dog we allow ourselves to charge 7,00 EUR.
The visitor's tax is 2,00 EUR (3,00 EUR from 01.01.24) for the 1. For the 1st and 2nd person/night, for the 3rd and 4th person 1.50 EUR and will be charged separately on site.
Further persons and children under 6 years do not pay tourist tax.
The keys will be handed over personally on site.
