Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet.Komfort in Küche und Bad
war in Ordnung.
Es ging kein WLAN und auch beide
Fernseher waren nicht richtig funktionstüchtig.
Der Balkon war sehr groß ,könnte etwas
gepflegter sein.

Die Lage und der Verwalter, wenn man ihn erreicht hat, kümmerte er sich auch.
Extrem hellhörig - stört sehr, haben jede Unterhaltung der Nachbarn mitbekommen. Schlechte Qualität der Möbel, wohl noch nicht alt, aber schon vieles nicht mehr heile, Heizung bei Ankunft funktionierte nicht, wurde aber repariert. Der Garten sagt alles aus, nicht nur vernachlässigt, sondern überhaupt nicht zu nutzen, alles rottet vor sich hin.

Es war frisch Renoviert
WLAN war kaum bis garnicht vorhanden, Treppenhausbeleuchtung und Außenbeleuchtung funktionierten garnicht ( hohes Unfallrisiko), schlechten Fernsehempfang und keinerlei Rauchmelder vorhanden. Wir mussten erstmal sämtliche Türgriffe fest schrauben. Und zum Schluss wurden wir sozusagen eine viertel Stunde vor 10 aus der Wohnung raus gebeten.
