The beautiful flat in La Mata consists of a living room with kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, a balcony. Capacity is for 6 persons (1 king-size bed and 4 single beds). It is located in an ideal area for families, very quiet. It has a lift and a parking space at the bottom of the building.
The flat is situated in a closed urbanization, where there is a communal swimming pool + children's pool and garden. Accommodation of 96 m² nice, comfortable, furnished and with view to the east.
The flat is equipped with central air conditioning (hot/cold) in the whole flat. The flats have everything you need: WiFi, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, bed linen and towels for each person, TV (Apple TV - English in living room and Spanish channels in one bedroom and living room).
In the kitchen: coffee machine, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, toaster, crockery (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, etc.).
It is very close to the sandy beach "Playa La Mata" (150m), 500 m from the centre of the village. In 4 minutes walking distance you can find many restaurants and cafés. Right next to it is the market area for wednesdays and supermarkets (600m). You can have a good time walking along the night embankment.
Alicante-Elche Airport is located in 41 km and Torrevieja Bus Station - in 5 km.

Lovely apt. Close to beach and bars. Communication with agent once we’d paid full balance was good however we did send messages directly to host on VRBO app they were never answered which was very frustrating. VRBO emailed on our behalf but still no response. Photos showed kettle but no kettle in apt.

Waren mit unseren 4 Kids (2,3,5,6 Jahre)
hier in LaMata.
Wir haben es sehr genossen.
3 verschiedene Pools, für jede Altersklasse was dabei. Im Oktober ist das Wasser der Pools für mein Geschmack schon etwas zu kalt. Die Kids hat es weniger gestört.
Die Strandnähe ist Mega, gerade mit den kleinen Kid...
