The bungalow, renovated in 2013, is furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a holiday complex on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the mountains and its sunny location. Available for use: sunshade, deck chair, and children's playground. Wi-Fi is not included. It is operated by a separate company, which customers pay for via the internet or in cash at the reception. Customers are then informed about the tariff.

It is a holiday complex in the beautiful residential area of Maryvilla consisting of 32 holiday apartments. The holiday apartments VAL BLA 025 (for 5 people) and VAL BLA 027 (for 8 people) are also located in the complex. Ground floor apartments with terrace or first floor with balcony. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the property.

The landlord points out that transfer from the airport is only possible by rental car or taxi, as there is no airport shuttle close to the property.
