The bungalow was renovated in 2013 and is furnished in a typical country style. The property is located in a holiday resort, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over the mountains from the property and its sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for use: parasol, sun lounger and children's playground. WiFi is not included. This is run by a separate company that customers pay over the internet or in cash at reception. Customers will then be informed of the tariff.

The owner VAL BLA 025 (for 5 persons) and VAL BLA 027 (for 8 people) are also located in the plant. Apartments on the ground floor with terrace or1st floor with balcony. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (usable all year long, 7 m x 12 m, depth 1,30 m). Children's pool (0,0 m x 0,0 m, depth 0,0 m). Pool area is open from 09.00-19.00, the depth is between 1.30-2.20m

In the complex: gym, tennis (2 courts) and boccia / petanque. Bocce and tennis rackets are available for a deposit at the reception.

The landlord points out that transfer from the airport is only possible by rental car or taxi, as there is no airport shuttle to the vicinity of the property. In summer: Mediterranean (beach 3 km in Calpe featuring sand).
