Detached house on 2 levels.
Ground floor: dining room/lounge area/kitchen area, DVD player, hi-fi system, shower room and 1 separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (each with 1 double bed (140x190) and 2 single beds (90x190)) and separate wc.
Garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, 4 deckchairs.
Wood available at extra cost. Sheets and towels provided. At an altitude of 1100m, at the first hairpin bends of the Col du Soulor, in the heart of a valley that secretly forms the border between the Atlantic Pyrenees and the Hautes-Pyrénées, enjoy a change of scenery and a panoramic view of the mountain pastures.
On its promontory, this 19th century barn still tells its own story... that of the mountain shepherds who produced their cheese, living to the rhythm of the seasons and their flocks.
Rudimentary when it was first bought, it has now been embellished by owners who love tradition and heritage, with a warm interior combining wood and a contemporary touch.
A chalet-style setting where you can dream of adventure and wide-open spaces by the hearth.
In the heart of the Pyrenees National Park, this gîte is ideally located for hiking enthusiasts in summer and winter, and for fishing lovers.
