Holiday on 103 m² directly by the sea. Our OSTSEELOUNGE with loft character is located on the 4th floor of the "Haus an der Mole" in an exposed location. All rooms are furnished with high-quality furniture (mainly from Hülsta and Rolf Benz) and provide a modern flair throughout the flat.
The living room is divided into a lounge sofa area with a large Smart TV, Playstation, Sonos speaker system and the kitchen area with adjoining dining area. This is the perfect place to feast - with a sea view! From the living room, you can access the large roof terrace with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and Großenbrode's marina. Here you can watch the little ones digging on the beach or simply enjoy the marvellous view with a delicious glass of wine. Sun loungers are also included, as is the large parasol.
In the kitchen area, every amateur chef will find what they need. And with the fantastic view, cooking is twice as much fun. The dishwasher takes care of the washing up afterwards. The kitchen also has a fridge with freezer compartment, an oven and plenty of crockery, pots and pans (mainly from WMF).
The bathroom is a small wellness oasis with its floor-level shower and spacious sauna. Both bedrooms have a comfortable box-spring bed (180200cm), a smart TV, blackout options and built-in furniture. For the use of the car park you will receive a pass for which a deposit of € 25.00 will be charged. The "Mole" house is in an ideal holiday location just 30 metres from the beach! And the house is a good starting point for everything you want to do on holiday: restaurants, a playground, a skating rink and kiosks are in the immediate vicinity. A bakery, bike hire and - for the very sporty guests - a fitness studio are also within a radius of 500 metres. You can easily park your car in the public car park at the harbour (you will receive a parking permit with the keys) - and you are welcome to leave it there. The best way to get around here is on foot or by bike. Buses run several times a day to Heiligenhafen or Fehmarn. So you are super flexible. Großenbrode is a great starting point for cycling tours of all kinds: you can be in Heiligenhafen in just over an hour - even quicker with an e-bike or you can enjoy the unique view from the Fehmarnsund Bridge and cycle directly to Fehmarn. many offers are seasonal and subject to availability, use against payment, subject to change!
