This confortable and bright 110sqm apartment with panoramic terrace can accommodate up to 6 people.

Located on the fourth and top floor, without elevator, of a period building in the heart of Venice, 3 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge, and 5 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco and Campo Santa Maria Formosa. The apartment is ideally located to easily visit the main points of interest of the city on foot, letting yourself be overwhelmed by the unique charm of the city. The inside is organized as follows: -BEDROOM 1: attic with double bed, wardrobe. -BATHROOM: shower, bidet, toilet.

ATTENTION: the bathroom is located inside Bedroom 1. -BEDROOM 2: attic with a single bed, armchair bed, wardrobe, armchair and desk. -BEDROOM 3: two single beds. -LIVING ROOM: bright living room with sofa, 30 '' TV, armchair, chest of drawers and access to the panoramic terrace (3 steps) with a view of the bell towers and the roofs of the city. - KITCHEN: american kitchen with gas cooking stove, fridge, kettle and dining table. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: independent heating, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE: the apartment is not suitable for children under the age of 12 and for people with limited mobility. The apartment is for an exclusive use of our Guests. The apartment is located a few steps away from the Rialto Bridge, in the heart of the historic center of the most famous city in the world.

We are in fact just inside Castello, the most "Venetian" sestiere (area of ​​the city / district) of Venice, inhabited mostly by residents, but a few steps from Piazza San Marco and Riva degli Schiavoni, on the eastern bank of the Grand Canal. In the neighborhood you can still find many artisan shops, clubs and typical taverns, as well as all the services (very close vaporetto lines, supermarkets, bars and restaurants).

You will be immersed in Venetian art and architecture, not being overwhelmed by crowds of tourists! This is the most strategic position in Venice, from here all the main attractions can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes: Piazza San Marco, the Rialto Bridge and its colorful market, the Biennale, Palazzo Ducale and the Royal Gardens of Venice. Within a ten-minute walk you can find two of the city's main vaporetto docks, Rialto and San Zaccaria.

From Rialto you can get by train or Piazzale Roma in 15-20 minutes, while from San Zaccaria all lines, both internal through the Grand Canal (line 1, 2, N), both circular to Venice and to the islands of the lagoon and for the Lido.

We are therefore located in a convenient and strategic position to get from the mainland and to visit the Venetian lagoon. From Ponte di Rialto stop you can take line 2 and line 1 and night line and Alilaguna to the airport, instead from the San Zaccaria stop line 2 and line 1 and line 5.2 and night line and Alilaguna to the airport, and from the Fondamente Nove line 5.2 stop and line 4.2 and line 12 and Alilaguna for the airport. The apartment, via Rialto stop, is located about 20 minutes by vaporetto from Piazzale Roma, where buses and cars arrive and 10 minutes from the Santa Lucia train station. Our keyholder will get in touch with you to arrange the check-in, hand over the keys and show you the apartment.

We are available to guests for any inquiries and information, to make your stay even more interesting and comfortable. For any unexpected event or clarification we will be reachable by telephone or by e-mail. Guests must show ID documents upon arrival.

The tourist tax is not included in the price, you have to pay it in cash upon arrival.

It's €4 per person per day for the first 5 days.

Children 0-9 years are exempt, children 10-16 years have a reduction on the tax of 50%. Please kindly note we always need to know in advance your arrival time.
