The 80m2 apartment is located on the first floor and is connected to the courtyard by means of a private external staircase. It is located in the ZTL area.

Well organized with large spaces, the apartment comfortably accommodates 4 people.

-Large living area with kitchen equipped with dishwasher and washing machine to maximize comfort during your stay. The large 30 sqm kitchen-living room with dining table, in light and relaxing tones, is equipped with the main services: oven, microwave, four induction burners, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, smart TV (connected to the Internet - NO cable channels) , air conditioner and a large and comfortable sofa. A French door and two windows provide a wonderful view of the courtyard.

-The apartment has a spacious and bright bedroom and a comfortable common area with two French sofa beds. Towels and sheets are provided to our guests.

You will have full access to the whole apartment. Free high speed wifi connection is available for our guests. The apartment is equipped with 3 heat pumps for hot and cold positioned in different rooms. There is a staircase with 20 steps to reach the apartment located on the first floor.


To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the tourist tax (4% of the cost of the stay up to a maximum of €5.00 per person per night of stay, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Syracuse Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.


Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to collect the keys and access the apartment.

Keys can be collected free of charge via on-site keybox.

In case of problems, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 10pm.
