Villa Can Panada is located on the road connecting the town of Pollensa with its port, known as Puerto de Pollensa.
It is a rustic-style house distributed over two floors, although only the ground floor is available for rent.
The house is very close to a supermarket and the main road that connects Pollença with Puerto de Pollença. You access the property from the parking area, with the main entrance situated at the rear.
Upon entering, you arrive directly in a living/dining room decorated with traditional and modern touches, equipped with a large TV. To the left is a double bedroom.
There is also a small hallway leading to the other bedrooms and the bathroom.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
The kitchen, accessible from the terrace, is fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, electric oven, and microwave.
The house also features a spacious barbecue area, equipped with a fireplace, wood oven, and sink.
Outside, you will find a swimming pool, a full bathroom, and a laundry area.
The tourist tax is not included and must be paid separately.

The house was nice, but a bit tired, but the gardens were very nice with a lovely covered area. It is on the main road but still felt secluded once you were inside. The kitchen could do with a few more utensils but it was all very clean and we had fresh towels and cleaning twice during the stay. Easy shopping for groceries was handy too.
