It is the perfect place to rest and disconnect.The accomodation, situated in a residential suburb, has a prívate fenced garden, perfect for the privacy of your family and friends.

As we know that your petis also an important member of the family, it will be allowed in the house.

You will have access to the prívate pool and its sunbeds to bathe in the sun as well as a terrace with awning where to enjoy grilled meals prepared onthe property’s barbecue.Built on ground-floor, you will enter the house directly from the terrace and find a bright comfortable living-room with Satelite TV and DVD device, an equipped kitchen , 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed and the other with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms (1 with bathtube, the other with shower).There is also free wifi accessand a laundryroom on one side of the house.House Armallada, though being situated in a quiet area, is pretty close to all the amenities and to the biggest supermarkets.

You will be to the beach of Riells in a short drive.

There is no prívate parking place but it is easy to park your car in the alley, just in front of the gate or in the street where parking is free and unrisky.

L’Escala is a good point of departureto your cultural or bikeriding getaways,to the Ruins of Empuriesfor exampleor to the various beachesof the village.The houses are equipped with sheets (beds are not made) but not towels, you can either bring your own or rent them through us.
