House for rent with incredible seaview and private swimming-pool in Montgo, L’Escala. The sea lovers will fall for this house and its incredible panoramic views to the cove of Montgo, an iconic place of L’Escala.
The best of this accomodation is of course the fantastic views to the Montgo cove that can be seen from every window; it is one of the most charming place of the Costa Brava. You will enjoy bathing in the refreshing pool in this unique landscape of sea and nature. The house is also equipped with outdoor furniture and sunbed for you to enjoy a moment in the sun relaxing or reading a good book. Please take not that pets are welcome but the garden is not fenced; the outside of the house is mountainside and somehow wild.
The house has a private garage and is built on 2 levels
- the ground-floor is the upper one and divided into a large bright livin-room with balcony and seaview, equipped kitchen and toilets.
-On the lower floor, going down a stairway, you will find the 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed, one with 2 single beds and a bedroom with one single bed) and a complete bathroom. From this level it is also possible to access to the backside garden.
The Montgo 1 house is located on a privileged site. A few meters away is the tower of Montgo, an ancient watch tower built to prevent pirats attacks. From the house you will enjoy a complete panoramic view to the Bay of Roses, the cove of Montgo and the Montgri mountain.The house is surrounded by the sea, which make it a special and unique place where to spend your holidays.
Our accomodations are equipped with sheets (beds are not made) but not towels, you can either bring your own or rent them through us. In the latter case you can reserve them by contacting us before, or upon arrival (subject to availability).

De ligging van het huis is echt fantastisch. Een prachtig uitzicht en het zwembad was echt top! In de 2 weken dat wij er waren was de wind ,die ook wel eens aanwezig is, heerlijk zodat het niet te heet werd.
We zouden onze vakantie zo weer overdoen
De badkamer is aan vernieuwing toe en het tuinmeubilair mag ook wel vervangen worden.
Het huis zou aan de buitenkant ook geschilderd mogen worden
Een airco zou ivm de hitte geen overbodige luxe zijn.
Etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Aussicht zu beiden Seiten des Hauses war der Hammer!
Die Dusche war sehr schimmelig, die Pumpe des Wassers war dermaßen laut und man könnte schon etwas investieren im und ums Haus (Wandfarbe, Poolfliesen…)

Lieu paradisiaque !!Maison fonctionnelle avec une belle vue et beau petit jardin. Le quartier de Montgó a été pour moi la découverte de l’Année avec une calanque à côté de la maison accessible à pied ou voiture. Des restaurants sont également présents dans le quartier !!
