The kitchen is fully equipped and harmoniously integrated with the social area, offering ideal conditions for preparing meals practically and pleasantly. The barbecue area is perfect for relaxed meals, and there is also an outdoor service bathroom for added convenience.
The upper-floor terrace provides an additional space to relax and enjoy the surrounding environment. Located in Alvor, this villa is very close to the beaches, the Nature Reserve, as well as local restaurants, bars, and entertainment. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This property is self-catered.
For your convenience, food hampers can be booked (additional cost) in advance. Pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
However, if you are interested, we would be happy to help with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if you require them. Groups Deposit: €400 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival. We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Villa San Marino in Alvor. De villa is werkelijk prachtig, heel ruim en alles is goed onderhouden. Het zwembad is heerlijk en de tuin is mooi, waardoor het de perfecte plek is om te ontspannen en van onze vakantie te genieten.
We raden deze villa zeker aan voor een mooie en comfortabele plek in de Algarve. Bedankt, Algarve Vacation & Holidu!
De tuinman kwam langs en ging de tuin doen en het gras maaien.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa San Marino. The villa was spacious, comfortable and very well suited for our group. The pool and outdoor areas were fantastic, and the pool table and ping pong table provided great entertainment. The location was also excellent, close to the beach, restaurants and local amenities.
