The Sivella II flat has an elegant style and is located in one of the busiest areas of Puerto de Pollença, close to a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants.

The interior of the flat is modern, stylish and newly decorated to provide an even better holiday experience. Also, being located on a corner plot, it allows the flat to be filled with natural light throughout the day, providing a great sense of space and freedom. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sofa. The family bathroom has a shower. For the comfort of our guests, the entire flat is air conditioned.
Large patio doors lead to the front terrace, which offers stunning views over the sandy beach, the promenade and the bay of Pollensa.
A flight of stairs leads to the roof terrace, a private area which enjoys the most sensational views and additional space. For the convenience of our guests, it is not necessary to use a car at this property, however, there is private parking (gates) available on the premises free of charge.
