Incredible modern apartment located on the second floor of a beachfront building.
Apartment Sivella II is stylishly decorated and located in one of the busiest areas of Port de Pollença, close to a wide range of shops, bars, and restaurants.
Not forgetting the incredible sandy beach right outside your door!
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room, a terrace, and an additional rooftop solarium.
The interior of the apartment is modern, stylish, and recently decorated to provide an even better holiday experience.
Furthermore, being located on a corner plot allows the apartment to be filled with natural light throughout the day, providing a great sense of space and freedom.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, as well as a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and sofa.
The family bathroom has a shower.
For the comfort of our guests, the entire apartment is air-conditioned. Large patio doors lead out to the front terrace, which boasts stunning views over the sandy beach, promenade, and bay of Pollensa. A flight of stairs leads up to the rooftop terrace, a private area that enjoys the most sensational views and additional space.
For the convenience of our guests, there is no need to use a car at this property, however, private (gated) parking is available on-site free of charge. Wifi is available at this apartment. Tourist tax is included in the rates. Important information to be aware of In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, there will be a charge of €50 during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property.
Guests must remove it otherwise a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
